A similar thing happened to me in the couple weeks after my month of Mayhem (2 100mi races, DSG, and 2 6h races over 5 weekends). Then the weather got hot. I couldnt get my heart rate up and felt awful if i tried to go hard at all.
Here is what my coach had me do. Take a 4 or 5 days where you cut way back on the length/intensity of workouts. Eat well, drink lots of water, sleep, cut back on stress. Be sure you are getting enough electrolytes for the hot weather. This weekend will be the test to see if those steps got me back on track.
Also for me I think there is a mental component-- worry about the upcoming races.

There is a definitely a period of time after a long race that I hit the wall. Usually from overtraining and my body just being tired. Good food, sleep and taking care of yourself will help and will get you to the Ironman start line. Hang in there.
