I have felt so run down since my race and it’s been a month. I’m not sure what hte deal is but I have been utterly without energy since it went down and it’s starting to bother me. I think it’s my eating plan.
So I’m going to try going back to what I was eating before and see if that has an effect. If not, then I’ll know it’s something else.
The last two team training rides I have been on have been horribly slow and terrible for me and I think it’s just a lack of calories to burn on the ride.
