can’t get full

I ran 10 miles tonight and it hurt. I think i am still screwed up from my marathon, even though its been a week and a half. I am annoyed with my legs for not getting their act together.

Today I got a flat riding to my Toastmaster’s meeting, so I had to walk the 4 miles or so home. I bought a Co2 inflater later in the day, so I should be good if it happens again.

I’m having one of those days where I have eaten until my belly is stuffed but I am still unsatisfied. I probably output around 2000 calories today between biking and walking and my 10 mile run.

Tomorrow I think I’m going to swim and then go riding with my team guys. Then Friday I will do another run I think.

Also today I fixed my shuddering car with my new intake hose that came in the mail, so I can drive around without having to work the clutch like a freak.

And I just registered for my first mountain bike race. If it’s fun, I’m screwed. I already have like nine million other kinds of racing I want to do all summer.
